SHIPPING
Items purchased before 12:00 pm (CST) on normal business days will usually be shipped that very same day; if not, then the following business day. Items purchased on weekends or holidays will ship within the next two regular business days. All items ship from our location in Dallas, Texas.

Nearly every item we sell on eCrater comes with FREE SHIPPING! This service is provided through either USPS--First Class and Parcel SelectMail--or through FedEx SmartPost. These services generally take between 4-10 days for delivery within the continental US.

In a hurry for an item? Get your order in just 1-3 days for only a small upgrade fee. Contact us either before or immediately after placing your order and we will let you know how much it will cost to upgrade your shipping method to USPS Priority Mail or FedEx Ground/Home. We don't try to make extra money on the shipping so we'll only charge you for the difference in shipping costs charged by USPS or FedEx.

Once your order has shipped, you should receive a tracking # for your package. Please check for updates on usps.com or fedex.com first if your order does not arrive when expected. Most delays will be noted there and the expected delivery date updated if it has changed as a result.

We currently ship to all 50 United States and its territories only. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and US Protectorates may take longer than estimates given above and for certain items, may require a slight surcharge to offset any associated supplemental shipping costs.

RETURNS
We try to describe all items as accurately as possible and with few exceptions, show photographs of the actual item(s) up for sale. Therefore, returns for an exchange and/or refund are usually only allowed for defective or damaged merchandise.

If there is a problem with your order or you feel you need to return an item, first email us at candsgadgets@gmail.com. We'll respond within 24 hours. Requests for exchange/refund must be made within 7 days of receipt of the item by the customer. No merchandise may be returned without approval in advance. Any merchandise returned without prior authorization and/or arriving with postage due will be refused and returned to the sender at their expense. Additionally, product(s) must not have been installed or used.

If a return is approved, merchandise should be shipped back to CandS Gadgets in the same condition in which it was received, including any original retail packaging. Customer is usually responsible for any shipping costs associated with returning original item, depending on the reason for returning. Of course, we'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). For claims of mechanically defective merchandise, Buyer must initially pay return shipping fees. Once the item has been received back, it will be inspected and assuming we are able to confirm defect Buyer described, we will reimburse the return shipping costs. If item is not found to be defective as alleged by Buyer, return shipping costs will not be reimbursed.

We reserve the right to use our discretion in deciding whether to issue a refund, or--if items are still in stock--to exchange returned merchandise for an identical item. Should a refund be due, you should expect to receive it within two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in most cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period allows for the transit time taken by the shipper (3 to 9 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 2 business days), and the time it takes PayPal to process our refund request (2 to 3 business days).

Unless a return is due to an error on our part, the original shipping cost we incurred to ship the item to the Buyer will be deducted from any refund as we have already paid that amount to the carrier. Refunds for this type of return are also subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Once we've received and processed the returned item, we will notify you either that an exchange has been sent or a refund has been issued.
